FIGHT.
Weekly Reading Topic for September 19, 2020:
Well, good morning, love! I just opened a Reading for you, my newsletter subscribers and here’s what I heard in answer to the following:
What do my readers most need to hear this weekend? What is the most important message to send to my beloved readers?
The answer was: “FIGHT.”
What follows is your weekly reading, dearest one.
Weekly Reading │ Fight
Q: What do we need to know about “Fight?”
A: There are times for love and light, and there are times for love and light to put on armor and go into the fray and state what is necessary and right.
The next few months are those times. Whatever it is that has your high dudgeon up, let it fill you, let it inspire you, let it rise up through your throat and fill it with sound, let it FIGHT.
Fight?
Yes. Fight. When we see injustice, it’s time to correct it.
When we see unfairness, it’s time to make things right.
When we see hopelessness and despair, it’s time to bring hope and love.
And love, dear ones, is not soft, and sweet, not that only. It’s also fierce.
It’s the mother lifting the car off of her son, sliding it onto her back so she can grasp his shoulders and drag him out from underneath. It’s the crash of three tons of metal as it slams back onto the earth, indignant that a mere slip of a woman could move it in the first place.
It’s the woman taking her palm to the blade, determined to keep herself intact and clean.
It’s the man who decides Not Today and stands up while he is kicked, and hit, and smashed down. Who refuses to bend and cower, knowing his own worth. Deciding to be strong under the rain of blows.
It is the woman marching in the street, going to jail, chaining herself to the steps of Justice as she demands her rights.
It is the child in the camps who watches and waits and stays alive long enough to leave, step by emaciated step and hold up a victory sign to the astonished men who hold open the gates for him as he exits hell and enters the new world.
We are here, friends, dear ones, loved ones. We are here, and we have legions with us on the other side, and mightier angels never gathered in one place.
If you love Love, and Light, and Truth, and Justice, this is your time.
This is your Now.
Take up the lantern and set it in the altar of your heart. Let it burn as we say, together:
Let there be Light.
Let there be Peace.
Let there Fierce Love.
Fight for what you know to be Right and Good.
When you see injustice, correct it. When you see disloyalty, be loyal.
When you see despair, be the hope that Love Exists.
It’s our time, it’s our fight!
Let us rejoice, let us rise up and rejoice, that we are here, in these strange and awful times, to be strong, and proud, and determined.
Let us rejoice, that as we are asked to make a choice, that we know What Matters.
This time, we make a choice. Over the next few months, we will make a collective choice to either:
- Divorce our ideals that bring us together and mark us as separate and unique and loved in the world, or
- Recommit to a new vow of commitment, an improved vow that includes All that We Have Learned over the last few centuries.
Do we still believe in our ideals? Recommit, stronger than ever. It’s that or the dust, the ash, the black ash, swirling in the wind and darkening the skies from the west to the east.
Be there for yourselves, for each other, for me.
It’s time.
Let’s fight for what we believe in. Choose.
I appreciate you, and your attention, and your love.
Thank you.
I am always here to serve in any way I can.
Much Love to You,
Molly
